Taylor & Payne was founded on a simple observation: too often, the people designing systems never have to depend on them, while the people most affected by those decisions have little influence over how those systems are built. This distance between policy and lived experience can have profound consequences, creating unnecessary pain and suffering for the people these systems are intended to serve while contributing to poorer outcomes, higher costs, and unnecessary reliance on higher-acuity settings.

Founded by a former long-term Medicaid beneficiary, breast cancer survivor, and complex care patient turned health systems strategist, Taylor & Payne helps organizations at every level close this gap through practical solutions, effective implementation, and meaningful collaboration.
