Director of Project Delivery

Dr. Ahana Singh, Ed.D., MPH (she/her), is a public health executive with 12 years of leadership experience across California's community health and government systems. She has worked across many different corners of public health, but health equity has always been the throughline at its core.

As Director of Project Delivery, she ensures every client engagement is executed with excellence—guiding cross-functional teams, maintaining quality, and keeping projects on track from strategy through implementation.

Dr. Singh is also the Founder of Ahana Human Impact (AHI) leading strategic advisory and business development work for organizations advancing CalAIM, Enhanced Care Management, and integrated care across the state, guided by one belief. In a world of systems, it’s important to stay human as people still come first.

Her career began on the front lines, as a mental health worker, contact tracer, and youth health educator, before growing into statewide and national leadership. She directed Access and Functional Needs integration into Michigan's COVID-19 emergency response across federal, state, local, and tribal agencies, and led statewide school vaccination coordination for the California Department of Public Health.

She went on to direct CalAIM implementation across Los Angeles County, building strategic cross-sector partnerships among Managed Care Plans, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Community-Based Organizations, and county agencies. Alongside this work, she designed Community Health Worker capacity building programs for Los Angeles County, deepening it further through her own doctoral research on CHW training and retention strategies.

Dr. Singh was recognized in Marquis Who's Who in America (2025) and selected for the CDC's Diverse Executives Leading in Public Health (DELPH) program. She is fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi, a reflection of the communities she has always worked to serve.
